On 25 March 2015 Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) announced what it claimed was a major breakthrough in China, what it termed the "first major sale of a LIGHT system" in China. Well that was the headline. The customer was a firm called Sinophi. The shares zoomed on this $40 million order. Jolly good news. 37 days later the company raised £20 million in a placing at 8p.
